We are pleased to announce that our company has obtained the Class C Innovation Endorsement Provider Certification from Leading Classification Society ClassNK.
ClassNK is advancing a certification service as a third-party to support businesses in transforming their management practices and organizational structures toward establishing sustainable and competitive businesses, while promoting ESG-oriented management and SDGs. This certification recognizes our innovation activities, which leverage new technologies such as underwater drones to address the challenges faced by shipowners, management companies, and other customers.
As a specialized trading company for marine parts, we have been leveraging our market analysis know-how and problem-solving abilities cultivated over the years to understand the latent needs of our customers, such as shipowners and management companies, aiming to create new values that respond to the social issues faced by our customers.
In recent years, we have been focusing particularly on ship inspections using drones, conducting demonstration experiments on various ships. Additionally, in 2023, we were selected for the “FY2023 Drone Social Implementation Promotion Demonstration Project” (The New Industry Research Organization (NIRO)), and in 2024, for the “Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) Utilization Demonstration Project” (Cabinet Office), among others, gaining high evaluations both within and outside the maritime industry.
We will continue to strive towards creating and providing new services using the latest technologies such as underwater drones.
