Our company holds an annual “Management Policy Presentation” to ensure that all employees can reflect on the previous year’s business results and departmental efforts, and always keep the management policy for this year in mind.
This year’s event, the third of its kind, was held on Saturday 16 November at the KOBE PORTOPIA HOTEL, a prestigious hotel in Kobe City. Around 60 people from our headquarters, Tokyo, Singapore, Manila and Shanghai attended.
Prior to the event, we held a certification ceremony for “Innovation Endorsement for Providers” by ClassNK. Our President Ishihara received the certification from Mr. Tomoyuki Fukuhara, Associate Manager of Transportation and Logistics Department, ClassNK.
At the presentation, after the financial report, President Ishihara explained the management policy for this year and the company’s overall goals. Each department then presented its efforts in the previous year and the challenges of this year.
In this way, all participants shared the current situation and direction of the company and renewed their commitment to their respective tasks.
After the presentation, we held a company-wide party, enjoying the night view of Kobe and delicious food.
It was a valuable opportunity for employees who do not normally have many opportunities to meet to share their work successes and concerns, and to deepen their friendships.
We will continue to work together as a team to provide services for everyone and aim to have such opportunities again next year.
